We're pet-friendly (one small dog with prior approval, pet fee applies) — something most condos around here won't offer. The house is decorated in a clean coastal modern style with an open layout that gives everyone room to breathe. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook in, and there's enough seating and sleeping space for up to 10 guests without anyone ending up on an air mattress. If you're the type who brings a kayak or paddleboard, there are launch points within walking distance. If you'd rather just sit on the deck with a coffee and do nothing — that works too. The Space The main living area is open and bright with plenty of seating and a large TV for movie nights. A half bath on the main floor keeps things convenient. The kitchen has quartz countertops, full-size appliances, and everything you need to cook — from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. Dining table plus breakfast bar seating so everyone has a spot. Primary Bedroom — King bed, sleeper sofa, TV, and a large en-suite with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Bedroom 2 — Queen bed with dresser. Bedroom 3 — Two full beds with dresser. A second full bathroom serves the guest bedrooms.
